A simple, high-protein, low-calorie dish made with tender broccoli and lightly seasoned tofu—perfect for clean eating and weight management.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 100 g firm tofu (cubed)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp soy sauce (low sodium)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • A pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

  • Salt (if needed)

  • Sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Directions

  • Steam Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
  • Lightly Sauté Tofu: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add tofu cubes and lightly sauté until golden.
  • Add Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Combine: Add steamed broccoli to the pan.
  • Season: Add soy sauce, pepper, chilli flakes, and toss gently.
  • Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.
