1 cup broccoli florets
100 g firm tofu (cubed)
1 tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
½ tsp soy sauce (low sodium)
½ tsp black pepper
A pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Salt (if needed)
Sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Directions
- Steam Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
- Lightly Sauté Tofu: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add tofu cubes and lightly sauté until golden.
- Add Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
- Combine: Add steamed broccoli to the pan.
- Season: Add soy sauce, pepper, chilli flakes, and toss gently.
- Serve: Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve warm.
