Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tbsp honey or jaggery powder (optional)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Directions

  • Prepare Batter: Blend bananas, oats, milk, honey, cinnamon, and baking powder into a smooth batter.
  • Rest Batter: Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
