1½ cups sweet corn kernels (boiled)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped, optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp butter (optional, street-style touch)
Directions
- Boil the Corn: Boil sweet corn kernels in salted water for 7–8 minutes. Drain well.
- Mix Base Ingredients: Transfer corn to a mixing bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, and green chilli.
- Season: Add red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything gently.
- Add Butter (Optional): While corn is warm, mix in butter for extra street-style flavor.
- Finish with Lemon: Add lemon juice and chopped coriander. Mix well.
- Serve Immediately: Serve warm as a quick snack or evening street-style chaat.
