Ingredients
- For Dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
Water as needed
Salt to taste
- For Stuffing:
1 cup boiled & mashed mixed vegetables (potato, carrot, peas)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Ghee or oil for cooking
Directions
- Knead wheat flour, salt, and water into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix all stuffing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Divide dough into equal balls. Roll slightly and place stuffing in the center.
- Seal and gently roll into a thick paratha.
- Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with ghee or oil on both sides till golden.
- Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
