Ingredients
200g paneer
½ cup methi leaves
1 onion, paste
1 tomato, puréed
½ cup cream
1 tsp kasuri methi
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt & oil
Directions
- Sauté methi leaves for 2 minutes; remove.
- In the same pan, sauté onion paste & ginger-garlic.
- Add tomato purée & spices.
- Add cream, sautéed methi & paneer.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
