Soft paneer cubes cooked in a creamy methi-flavoured gravy with subtle sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer

  • ½ cup methi leaves

  • 1 onion, paste

  • 1 tomato, puréed

  • ½ cup cream

  • 1 tsp kasuri methi

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • Salt & oil

Directions

  • Sauté methi leaves for 2 minutes; remove.
  • In the same pan, sauté onion paste & ginger-garlic.
  • Add tomato purée & spices.
  • Add cream, sautéed methi & paneer.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
