kcalA quick Asian-style stir-fry with tender fish strips tossed in a bold pepper–garlic sauce.
Ingredients
250g boneless fish strips
1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp crushed pepper
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 capsicum (sliced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fish pieces and stir-fry on high flame for 3–4 minutes.
- Add onion & capsicum; mix lightly.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, chilli flakes, and salt.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve hot.
