Ingredients
Shrimp – 300g (cleaned)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 6 cloves (chopped)
Spinach – 2 cups
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt, pepper
Directions
- Heat butter + oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, season & cook 2 mins each side.
- Add spinach, cook till wilted.
- Finish with chilli flakes & lemon juice.
- Serve with roasted veggies or garlic bread.
