Ingredients

  • Shrimp – 300g (cleaned)

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

  • Garlic – 6 cloves (chopped)

  • Spinach – 2 cups

  • Chilli flakes – ½ tsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

  • Salt, pepper

Directions

  • Heat butter + oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, season & cook 2 mins each side.
  • Add spinach, cook till wilted.
  • Finish with chilli flakes & lemon juice.
  • Serve with roasted veggies or garlic bread.
