Ingredients
Paneer cubes – 200g
Capsicum (mixed colours) – 1 cup, diced
Onion – 1, sliced
Tomato puree – ½ cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Oil, salt, coriander
Directions
- Heat oil; sauté onions & capsicum on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till fragrant.
- Add tomato puree & spices; cook until oil separates.
- Add paneer & a splash of water; toss gently.
- Finish with fresh cream & coriander.
