A quick and vibrant vegan stir fry loaded with colourful veggies and protein-rich tofu tossed in a light soy-garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu (cubed)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper

Directions

  • Sauté tofu until golden and set aside.
  • Stir-fry garlic and vegetables on a high flame for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add tofu and sauces; toss well.
  • Serve warm with steamed rice or noodles.
