Ingredients
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potato)
1 onion, 1 tomato
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 cup grated coconut, 5 cashews, 1 tsp fennel seeds
Spices: turmeric, chilli, garam masala, salt
Directions
- Grind coconut, cashews, and fennel to a smooth paste.
- Sauté onions and tomatoes, add masala and vegetables.
- Add ground paste and water; simmer until vegetables are soft.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with chapati or puri.
