Ingredients
- For Poori:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp semolina (optional for crispiness)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
Salt to taste, oil to fry
- For Aloo Sabzi:
4 boiled potatoes (cubed)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder
Fresh coriander
Directions
- Knead poori dough with flour, semolina, turmeric, ajwain, salt, and water. Rest 20 mins.
- Roll into discs and deep fry until puffed.
- For sabzi, sauté cumin, chillies, and tomatoes. Add spices and potatoes. Cook until soft.
