Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1 onion, 2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chana masala
1/2 tsp turmeric, chilli powder
Salt, oil, coriander
Directions
- Pressure cook chickpeas.
- Sauté onion, garlic, tomato puree, and spices.
- Add chickpeas and cook 10–15 mins.
- Serve with rice or roti.
