Ingredients
500g bone or boneless chicken (marinated in yoghurt, spices)
2 tbsp butter
1 onion (chopped)
2 tomatoes (pureed)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala
1/4 cup cream
Kasuri methi, salt
Directions
- Cook the marinated chicken until tender.
- In another pan, sauté onions, garlic, and tomato puree.
- Add spices and cooked chicken.
- Stir in cream and kasuri methi. Simmer.
- Serve with naan or rice.
