kcalCreamy Palak Paneer made with fresh spinach and cottage cheese, flavoured with Indian spices. A healthy and delicious North Indian curry.
Ingredients
250g paneer (cubed)
4 cups spinach (washed)
1 onion, 1 tomato (chopped)
1 green chilli
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp cream (optional)
Directions
- Blanch spinach and blend with chilli into a puree.
- Sauté cumin, onions, garlic, and ginger. Add tomatoes.
- Add spinach puree and spices. Simmer 5 mins.
- Add paneer cubes. Cook for 3–4 mins.
- Stir in cream. Serve warm.
