Creamy Palak Paneer made with fresh spinach and cottage cheese, flavoured with Indian spices. A healthy and delicious North Indian curry.

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer (cubed)

  • 4 cups spinach (washed)

  • 1 onion, 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp cream (optional)

Directions

  • Blanch spinach and blend with chilli into a puree.
  • Sauté cumin, onions, garlic, and ginger. Add tomatoes.
  • Add spinach puree and spices. Simmer 5 mins.
  • Add paneer cubes. Cook for 3–4 mins.
  • Stir in cream. Serve warm.
