Ingredients
500 g paneer (cubed)
1 onion + 1 bell pepper (cubed)
150 g thick yoghurt
2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
1 tsp each: turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil (for grilling)
Salt to taste
Directions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add paneer and veggies. Mix gently and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Skewer alternately on sticks.
- Grill on stovetop/oven until edges char slightly.
- Sprinkle chaat masala before serving.
