Juicy Paneer Tikka grilled to perfection with spices and yoghurt marinade. A popular Indian appetiser that’s perfect for parties and get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 500 g paneer (cubed)

  • 1 onion + 1 bell pepper (cubed)

  • 150 g thick yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp besan (gram flour)

  • 1 tsp each: turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin

  • 1 tsp kasoori methi

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil (for grilling)

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add paneer and veggies. Mix gently and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Skewer alternately on sticks.
  • Grill on stovetop/oven until edges char slightly.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala before serving.
