1 cup basmati rice
4 cups water
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste

1 tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil or ghee

1 tsp biryani masala
