Ingredients
1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
¾ cup kidney beans or black beans (boiled)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
½ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lime
Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Directions
- Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chili flakes; sauté briefly.
- Add Corn & Beans: Toss in corn, beans, cumin, and salt. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Finish: Turn off heat and add lime juice.
- Serve: Garnish with coriander and enjoy warm.
