Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tsp olive or sesame oil

  • 1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)

  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp water or vegetable stock

Directions
