Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet potato (cubed)

  • ¾ cup boiled black beans

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ onion (sliced)

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Directions
