Ingredients
2 cups cabbage (finely shredded)
2 tbsp fresh coconut (grated)
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
6–8 curry leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Juice of ½ lime
Directions
- Tempering: Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilli.
- Add Cabbage: Add shredded cabbage, turmeric, and salt. Stir well.
- Cook: Cover and cook for 5–6 minutes on low flame.
- Finish: Add grated coconut and lime juice. Mix well.
- Serve: Serve warm with chapati or as a side with rice.
